User Data Request for Pool Math


We know everyone is concerned about your privacy. We at TFP understand and respect this, so we wish to make things easy to understand and access the information that Pool Math stores for our users.


How to Request your User Data

You can request to have a copy of your Pool Math account and all associated data saved with it from the app and the app's service/database.


Self-Service Account Data Request

  1. Click on the icon in the top left corner of the app with 3 horizontal lines
  2. Select "About TFP" (This will open a page with more details)
  3. Scroll down to the "Account Data & Deletion" section
  4. Tap "Download Account Data"
  5. Confirm your choice to download the data
  6. Your data will be downloaded and the app will ask you where to save/send the downloaded data to
NOTE: The data is downloaded in a JSON format


Contact Us to Request Account Data

Alternatively, users can send an email using the Contact Us page. Including the following information will help us export and send you your information more quickly:

  • Username
  • Email address used
  • Pool Math Account Number (if created)
NOTE: It may take up to 7 business days for your account data to be retrieved after this point.


How to find your PoolMath Account ID

To find your account ID inside of Pool Math:

  1. Click on the icon in the top left corner of the app with 3 horizontal lines
  2. Select "About TFP" (This will open a page with more details) 
  3. Scroll down slightly until you see your "Account ID" identification number.
  4. Click the “Copy Account ID” button and paste that into the Contact Us page.


Delete Pool Math Account & Data
