For starters make sure you cancel your active subscription in the App store. You'll need to re-subscribe on your new device once the current subscription expires. To get your device to recognize your current subscription, can you log out and log back in using the same account? I've manually adjusted your subscription so the dates should update once you log back in. If not please feel free to write back and I'll gladly assist further.
