Some of our earlier users ran into a bug where they might have paid for a subscription but it doesn't seem to have taken effect.
If you go to the slide out menu, and the About TroubleFreePool page it will show your subscription expiry date. Chances are it shows a date something like "0001 ...".
If this has happened to you, please email email@example.com with a screenshot of your Account ID from the About TroubleFreePool page, or send us the value of your Account ID in that email.
We will validate that you have paid for a subscription and adjust the expiry date to fix it for you. Sorry for the hassle!
