I paid for a subscription but it's showing an already expired date!

Sometimes the app isn't properly informed when your subscription renews.


If this happens, please try going into the Upgrade to Premium section of the slide out menu in the app.


Next, tap the Restore Subscription button.


This should recover your subscription and allow you to keep on swimming!


If you're still having trouble, please go to the About TFP section of the slide out menu, and under the Account ID section, tap the Copy Account ID button, and paste that into an email to poolmath@troublefreepool.com 


We will validate that you have paid for a subscription and adjust the expiry date to fix it for you.  Sorry for the hassle!
