Currently there is no way to alter the levels as we wish for the App to be utilized as a tool for those who follow the “Trouble Free Pool Care” system of maintaining their water. We feel our levels help users in the long run keep their water clear and maintain their equipment while also making things cheap/easy on the end user.
May I ask which level concerns you? Maybe I’ll be able to explain why the levels differ and help ease some of your concerns.
